Terms and Conditions for Manicure or Pedicure 
1. This Voucher entitles you to a complimentary Beauty Treatment (Manicure or Pedicure) from Monday – Sunday at a participating salon in your city. Offer is valid in select cities
2. The customer has to register separately for each of the salon services to avail the offer.
3. A minimum of 48 hours’ advance notice is mandatory to make an appointment. Once confirmed, an SMS with the booking details will be sent to you.
4. In case of non-availability, we will provide you with an alternative slot or venue.
5. If you fail to cancel your booking within 48 hours of the appointment or do not show at the venue, your voucher would be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used.
6. To avail the experience, present the voucher and flash the booking confirmation SMS upon arrival at the venue.
7. Any additional services undertaken would need to be borne by you at the actual cost as per the salon rate card.
8. Walk-in customers without prior reservation will not be entertained at the venue.
9. Only one voucher per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers will not be booked together.

Terms & Conditions for Dining Gift Vouchers

Taj Experiences Gift Cards which includes Taj Experience eGift cards (herein after referred to as “TEGC”) are issued by The Indian Hotels Company Limited, hereinafter referred to as Taj / The Company.
1. To check balance and validity, please visit www.tajhotels.com/giftcards and input the Card Number and PIN in the ‘Check Balance’ section.
2. TEGC balance may be redeemed for spends towards rooms, food and beverages, spa and other services and applicable taxes without restrictions at Taj, SeleQtions and Vivanta hotels and Ama Trails & Stays in India, except for retail spends at third-party outlets, business centre equipment hire, hired services from third party sources, expenses on banquets, conferences, and events, or expenses of a personal nature for which a pay-out is raised such as buying medicines, repairs of personal items, etc. and payment for any membership program. This does not include Ginger Hotels. NeuPass: NeuCoins, TAP Points, TAPPMe Points will not be earned on charges which are paid using TEGC. TEGC cannot be used for settling the bills for stays on the Friends and Family and Special Employee Benefit offers.
TEGC can be redeemed for all valid spends at the aforesaid hotels and at Taj Reservations Worldwide for prepaid room reservations for hotels in India.
3. TEGC are valid for 180 days from the date of issuance.
4. Revalidation requests would not be processed outside these terms.
Multiple transactions can be performed on the TEGC until the value of the TEGC is exhausted.
5. Should your purchase value exceed the balance on TEGC, the differential amount of such purchase may be loaded on the TEGC or paid at the point of sale in cash or through an accepted credit or debit card, at the time of making such purchase.
6. A valid TEGC in its original form or e-mail must be presented at the time of availing a service.
For prepaid room reservations at Taj Reservations Worldwide the card number and PIN must be quoted when making the reservation. The entire amount must be paid via the card to secure the reservation. In case the card balance is less than the due amount, the card may be reloaded on www.tajhotels.com/giftcards before processing the reservation. Standard cancellation policies would apply. Please contact Taj Reservations Worldwide to process any eligible refunds from cancellations on your Card.
7. TEGC shall not be valid for use at any other service establishment or for withdrawal of cash.
No refund, replacement or cash back would be considered against the TEGC. Once a TEGC is issued, the company will not entertain any request for cancellation. Any defaced, torn, altered, spoiled or cancelled card is deemed invalid and shall not be accepted.
8. TEGC are cash equivalent bearer cards. The company is not responsible for lost or stolen cards and will not replace the same.
9. Persons purchasing TEGCs or similar products from an unauthorized seller or platform do so at their own risk and consequences; Taj shall not be responsible or liable in respect of any claims or loss/damage caused to any person in any manner whatsoever in relation to TEGC or similar products purchased from such unauthorized sellers or platforms. 10. Redemption of the TEGC by its bearer shall be valid discharge of the company's liabilities in respect of the TEGC.
11. Any dispute needs to be referred to The Indian Hotels Company Limited and the decision of the company shall be final.
12. Any further dispute related to the card shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
13. The TEGC is subject to applicable laws. The company, purchaser and the card bearer shall comply with all applicable laws promulgated by any statutory/judicial/competent authority from time to time in this regard.
14. The company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time.

Terms & Conditions for IKEA Gift Vouchers
1. The validity of the Gift Card cannot be extended. No new/ replacement Gift Card will be provided in lieu of the expired Gift Card. 
2. Any unused balance in the Gift Card at the end of the six (6) months period will be forfeited. 
3. The Gift Card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. Value stored in a gift card cannot be transferred to another gift card. 
4. The gift card (“Gift Card”) is issued by IKEA India Private Limited (“IKEA”) for use by its customers solely for the purchase of products [and services] at IKEA stores in India. It must be returned to IKEA upon request. 
5. The bearer of the Gift Card is solely responsible for the safety of the Gift Card. IKEA or it's issuing partner will not be responsible for any acts of omission or commission if the Gift Card is stolen, lost or used without the permission of the person who purchased the Gift Card from IKEA. 
6. IKEA can refuse to accept Gift Cards that are damaged or mutilated and cannot be used on a point-of-sale machine at the specified IKEA store. 
7. The Gift Card cannot be used for withdrawing cash. The Gift Card is non-negotiable. 
8. The difference in price of IKEA products purchased with the Gift Card and the total balance on the Gift Card will remain as unused balance. Subject to these terms and conditions, the customer may use the Gift Card multiple times until the balance amount has been spent. 
9. The amount in a Gift Card cannot be increased after purchase. The Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash or credit at the IKEA stores. 
10. IKEA reserves the right to cancel the Gift Card if it is found to be acquired fraudulently. 
11. The Gift Card cannot be cancelled by the purchaser after it is purchased. Any cancellations will be at the sole discretion of IKEA. 
12. These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bangalore, India. The purchase of the Gift Card is subject to fulfilment of Know-Your-Customer (“KYC”) requirements stipulated by the Reserve Bank of India, the Government of India and other statutory authorities from time to time. The purchaser agrees to indemnify IKEA for all claims brought by a third party against IKEA and/or its affiliates arising out of or in connection with a breach of any of these terms and conditions.
13. IKEA does not make any warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Gift Cards, including, without any limitation, any express or implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. • IKEA reserves the right to change these Gift Card terms and conditions from time to time at its discretion and without any prior notice to you. All the terms and conditions are applicable to the extent permitted by the laws of the Republic of India.


Terms & Conditions for Tanishq Gift Vouchers
1. Voucher is valid for the purchase of Tanishq products from any authorized Tanishq Showroom.
2. Voucher is only an entitlement to credit to the extent of the face value of the voucher and is non encashable. If the value of the purchase is than the value of the voucher the balance is non-refundable.
3. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced voucher.
4. Voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
5. Voucher is not a legal tender.
6. Voucher cannot be used to purchase another gift voucher.
7. This e-Gift card is allowed for one time redemption only.
8. Any unused balance on the e-Gift card will not be refunded or credited.
9. Balance / expiry may be checked at the Tanishq cash counters.
10. Tanishq or it's Gift Voucher issuing partners will not replace or reimburse the value of your card if its lost, stolen, or expired.
11. Bearer is responsible if an e-Gift Card is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
12. For this e-Gift Card, Indian law is applicable, and jurisdiction shall be Bangalore.
13. If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the Gift card, the balance is non-refundable.
14. Tanishq reserves the right at any time without prior notice to add, alter, modify, all or any of these terms and conditions.

Terms & Conditions for Merchandise

1. The images shown in the picture are indicative of the product being offered, the actual product, its colour and design may vary from the displayed image.
2. Gifts/Products will be accompanied by warranty information wherever applicable from the manufacturer and claims must be directed to the manufacturers directly.
3. Merchandise once ordered cannot be returned/ exchanged unless the merchandise is delivered defective. In case of the product delivered to you is defective, please contact our helpdesk within 24 hours of delivery of the merchandise, in case of failure to do so, the reward shall be considered as accepted by customer.
4. Defective goods will be replaced, or alternate product will be delivered if the defect is reported within 24 hours of receiving the defective product. Call helpdesk to report a product as defective.
5.  Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will do an address specific dispatch of redeemed items. The customer shall be solely responsible for ensuring that correct address is updated and concerned people at his home/office (as the case may be) are kept informed. Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. will not be responsible for non-receipt of redeemed items on account of deliveries done to any other person at the registered address other than the customer.
6. No dispatch shall be made to P.O. Box addresses or to addresses outside India.
7. Order will be delivered to participant within 21 business days of the order date depending on the participant pin code. In case of unforeseen delays SMS /Call notification will be sent. Orders with multiple products may get delivered on different dates.
8. To the extent permitted by law, Premier Sales Promotions Pvt Ltd. makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any gift/ reward. Warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
9. The offer/product cannot be exchanged for cash any point.
10. No. change in colour, fit, size, brand etc. will be entertained once the order if placed.

Rights to use data - By participating in this Program:

4. The participant confirms that he/ she has gone through Agency’s Privacy Policy – https://www.bigcity.in/privacy-policy/ and that he/ she has no objection in collection or processing of their data according to the manner carved out in the privacy policy.
5. Triumph International Pvt Ltd encourages participants to read the privacy notice of the Agency before sharing personal data. If the Participant does not want his / her personal data to be collected under this Program, the Participant can always choose not to participate in the Program.

General Terms and Conditions:
1. The offer is open to residents of India, except employees of Triumph International Pvt Ltd and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd., its agents, dealers and distributors and their immediate families.

3. The Promotion & contest shall run on all SKUs of Triumph Lingerie.
4. Only one voucher per booking will be entertained. Multiple vouchers cannot be booked together. A maximum of one voucher may be used per person, per mobile number, per email id, per household, per venue, per booking group (the group is defined as more than one person accompanying the voucher holder).
5. This voucher has no monetary value, is non-transferable and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer
6. The usage of this voucher is incumbent upon a few conditions to be followed by the voucher holder. Such conditions need to be followed by the voucher holder. Photocopied, torn or mutilated vouchers will not be accepted.

If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorized intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to invalidate any customer; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.

18. In the event of large promotional uplift, venues reserve the right to book voucher holders up to 6 months from the date our agents call you to make a promotional booking.
19. Triumph International Pvt Ltd and Premier Sales Promotions Pvt. Ltd. accepts no responsibility, financial or otherwise for the misuse of PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD. vouchers and are not liable for any personal loss or injury and cannot be held responsible for any disagreement concerning quality/ availability of featured venues.
20. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD., its clients, agents, and distributors cannot replace any lost, stolen or damaged vouchers and reserve the right to withdraw or amend any details and/or prices without notice.
21. PREMIER SALES PROMOTIONS PVT. LTD. is acting as an executing agency for this promotional offer and holds no legal and financial liability on unclaimed offers, incentives, vouchers, etc. beyond the applicable period of the promotional offer.
